Let’s Get To Know Brandi A Little Better…
H: What are you looking forward to at this year’s Wrangler NFR?
B: This year I am most looking forward to seeing the final product of everyone’s hard work from bloggers to influencers to rodeo athletes and rodeo wives. It seems that every year the fashion game is stepped up and more and more is planned and put in motion which is absolutely amazing for everyone involved. Everyone has worked tirelessly throughout the year to step up their game, plan and implement more fashion shows, fashion events, and things to participate in and attend. I cannot WAIT to see the amazing outfits everyone has put together and get to show off my own at the same time! I want to take as many photos with everyone as possible! The talent in the rodeo world is also ever increasing, which means the athletes also have to step up their game. They have all worked so hard to get to this point and equally deserve the spotlight…It takes a village!
B: I am most looking forward to the “un-trend”…the people who have stepped outside the trends and put together something that is totally new and out of the box. True to myself, I think avant garde style is so much fun and limitless! However, if I had to pick favorite trend, I absolutely love that non-traditional hats are still in full swing! I love seeing the variations of hat bands, hat pins, colors, shapes, styles, and more!
H: What is a must have for first timers in Vegas?
B: I couldn’t say there is a “must” one way or another since everyone has different tastes. If you are in town for the NFR, a must is to wear comfortable shoes for sure! My advice would be to go to at least one rodeo performance at the Thomas and Mack to experience it live. Walk around and see as much of what Las Vegas has to offer during this fun time. Check out all of the shopping from Cowboy Christmas to The Sands to Mandalay Bay, check out a concert at The Mirage, attend an NFR viewing party at the MGM, wander down to Fremont Street at night, cheer on your favorite contestant at the Miss Rodeo America Pageant, and take in a fashion show! Do it all, but do it in comfortable shoes or your favorite pair of boots!
H: What is 1 piece of style advice for Vegas?
B: The best piece of advice I could give from my own experience is to dress comfortable, casual, yet add your own style to your “daytime” look when you are taking in everything Vegas has to offer. As the afternoon rolls into the evening, head back to your room, take your shoes off for a few minutes, then get your glam on! All that walking can you leave you feeling hot, sweaty, and tired. Save your best and most favorite looks for evenings.
H: What is your favorite place to eat?
